As a Field Operator, your responsibilities will include:
1. Having full working knowledge of the Permit to Work system.
2. Performing risk assessments.
3. Performing standard pumping operations.
4. Rigging up equipment for process services.
5. Repairing and maintaining items like treating iron, hoses, pumps, fittings, etc.
6. Performing daily checks and full maintenance of units.
7. Preparing written reports.
8. Performing basic pumping/bolting calculations.
9. Ensuring equipment maintenance is carried out to ensure job performance.
10. Maintaining a clean and tidy appearance of company equipment to project a professional image.
11. Having knowledge of the company’s services and their industry applications to modify job programs and discuss with clients.
12. Promoting the development of junior staff members.
13. Participating in yard operations as required.
14. Attending pre- and post-job briefings.

1. Demonstrate competence in at least one process service line.
2. Have proven mechanical experience.
3. Possess UKNS offshore survival, valid medical, and other required training.
4. Achieve the training and competency levels outlined in the company matrix.
5. Have excellent interpersonal skills, including listening and oral communication.
6. Be flexible and willing to handle various responsibilities.
7. Anticipate future situations and plan ahead.
8. Work proactively with minimal supervision.
9. Hold a UK work permit or passport, with no future sponsorship needed.
