IT Support Engineer Wrexham - 5 days a week on-site £35,000 bonus Our client in Wrexham is on the lookout for an IT Engineer who will be responsible for managing the IT Infrastructure, networks and support the Digital Transformation in the organisation to help support the team in developing bespoke software platforms Main duties and responsibilities: Providing excellent IT support and day-to-day maintenance of systems to the client base Provide support in the following areas: Active Directory, Servers Management (Windows and Ubuntu), SQL (SQL Server & MySQL), Virtual Machines (VMware, Vsphere), Backups (Veeam), Documentation (Confluence), Synology DSM Work with Microsoft Office 365 and show a good understanding of Windows operating systems Assist with General Software installation and network management Network device management & installation, printer servers, Laptops / Desktops, Switches, Firewalls, Raspberry Pi's. configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
