Executive Assistant - Project & Administrative Support Location: White City, London Contract Type: Temporary Start Date: Immediate availability required Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the NEO UKI Project Director and the wider Leadership Team. This pivotal role will ensure the smooth coordination of key meetings, events, and operational activities across the project. Key Responsibilities: Proactive diary management for the Project Director Coordination of team meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions Organisation of internal and external events, both on-site and off-site Planning and support for high-profile project meetings Ad hoc administrative support including travel arrangements, expense processing, and correspondence Collaborative support to the broader NEO Leadership Team Co-management and mentoring of the NEO Intern Liaison with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and schedulingRequirements: Proven experience providing executive-level support, ideally at Director level Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational abilities, including complex diary and meeting management Professional, discreet, and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders Available immediately for interview and onboarding Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
