The Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Receptionist to join the team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by supporting the Studio Manager. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Duties
* Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Answering, screening, and directing phone calls and emails
* Managing the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
* Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
* Maintaining accurate records, logs, and filing systems
* Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and document preparation
* Supporting colleagues and other departments with ad hoc tasks as required
* Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary
* Ensuring visitors follow sign-in procedures and security protocols
* GCSEs in English and Maths
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience working as receptionist, front of house, customer service, administrator or other office-based role
Non-Essential but Advantageous Requirements
* Interest in the architecture and design world
* Experience working in an office environment is a plus
Location: London (5 days in-office)
