The Best Connection West Bromwich is currently recruiting Factory Operatives for a well-established client based in Wednesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with the potential to become permanent after a successful trial period.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 15:30
Friday: 07:00 - 14:30
Enjoy an early finish every Friday!
Pay
£12.71 per hour
What You'll Be Doing
Applying coatings using paint rollers on dormers, chimneys, and canopies
Filling, sanding, and preparing surfaces using various materials
Working within the moulding department
Carrying out quality checks on finished products
Supporting general site upkeep and housekeeping
What We're Looking For
Experience in painting & decorating, car body filling, or powder coating is a bonus, but not essential
Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
A team player who takes pride in their work
