Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cisco Engineer with expertise in Unified Communications to join our team full-time on-site in a secure environment. This role focuses on deploying, supporting, and maintaining Cisco UC technologies including Expressway, VOIP systems, and Webex Boards within a classified network infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:
* Design, configure, and support Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solutions
* Implement and maintain Cisco Expressway for secure remote communications.
* Manage and support VOIP infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
* Deploy and maintain Cisco Webex Boards for collaborative meeting spaces.
* Perform diagnostics, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting of UC services.
* Provide full-time on-site technical support in accordance with secure environment requirements.
* Ensure all work complies with MOD and Government security protocols.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience with Cisco UC, Expressway, and VOIP technologies.
* Proficiency in deploying and supporting Cisco Webex Boards.
* Experience working in MOD or highly secure classified environments.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Must hold current DV clearance; MOD DV or Enhanced DV highly desirable.
