What we offer: Beautiful offices with on-site parking A supportive environment, working alongside 2 Advisors and 2 part-time support staff Full-time hours preferred, with flexibility considered following training/probation A welcoming, long-standing client base of families, parents, and grandparents Career progression and study support available for the right candidate Your role will involve: Senior IFA Administrator Providing comprehensive admin support to the Advisors Managing and preparing documentation for client meetings Processing new business and liaising with providers Maintaining and updating client records accurately Assisting with compliance requirements and client communications About you: Senior IFA Administrator Previous experience in an IFA or SJP environment is essential Strong understanding of financial services processes and terminology Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with a proactive approach Comfortable using back-office systems (e.g. Salesforce, Intelligent Office) This is a key role in a close-knit and professional team.
