Are you a passionate Support Coach who cares about improving lives in your local community? Horton Housing are currently recruiting for an experienced Support Coach to join our established service based across Kirklees. The role is a permanent part time position, with a pro rata salary of £17 494.63 per annum.You will need to be able to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday (24 hours per week) and in return will be entitled to 6 weeks holiday, plus bank holidays (pro rata) and have full access to our Employee Assistance Programme. As a Support Coach at our HIPS service, you will work in partnership with the people we support to devise a tailored support plan and support them in achieving their individual goals. This may include helping them to access welfare and supporting them to attend any appointments.Our HIPS scheme is proud to be measured on the positive outcomes that are achieved by the people we support; as a Support Coach, you will be responsible for not only assisting the people we support in the achievement of these outcomes, but also the recording and monthly submission of them to commissioners.
