The Role As a General Operative, you will be an essential part of the production cycle. You will work within "Classified Areas" (Cleanrooms), ensuring that life-changing products are manufactured to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Cleanroom Excellence: Maintain "Bronze License" status for access to Grade C/D production areas. Hygiene & Compliance: Adhere to strict gowning procedures and perform specialised cleaning of aseptic filling lines. Material Handling: Assist in the transfer of materials into classified zones and manage stock levels to ensure zero expiry issues. Technical Support: Operate airlocks, assist with part washers, and manage autoclave loading (following training). Quality Control: Perform packaging, labelling, and in-process weight checks while maintaining meticulous data records.
