Restaurant Manager required - £40,000+ per annum (Inclusive of bonus and service charge)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented leader to take charge of our front of house team of 35+. You will need to be compassionate, organised, kind and honest with bags of passion for our industry.
We are a fresh food concept that specialise in sweet and savoury waffles with quality, seasonality, provenance and sustainability at our core.
Experience in a busy fast paced environment and leading large teams is a must. A keen eye for detail and a love for training/ developing your team goes without saying.
You will work alongside the General Manager and lead the front of house team operating the restaurant on a day to day basis.
You must have a superb working knowledge and experience of managing the health & safety requirements of a large hospitality business as well as be able support the GM with all things HR related.
Our number one focus is our people and we need a Restaurant Manager to help us build on what we have already achieved to help us grow.
We operate Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 10pm and Sunday 9am to 6pm.
We close over Christmas, no split shifts, no late nights, free food on shift, free parking, extensive training and development program, room to grow with us and progress into our next GM with future sites opening.
