What You'll Be Doing
✨ Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of corporate and commercial functions
✨ Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes
✨ Developing creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-calibre talent
✨ Building and nurturing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
✨ Delivering a best-in-class candidate experience from first conversation through to offer stage
✨ Utilising recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring decisions
✨ Supporting employer branding initiatives and helping showcase an award-winning culture
✨ Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
What We're Looking For
✔ Proven experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Partner or Talent Specialist role
✔ Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with senior leaders
✔ Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously within a fast-moving, high-growth environment
✔ Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction channels
✔ Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
✔ Highly organised with exceptional communication skills
✔ Experience within beauty, consumer, retail, lifestyle, FMCG or other fast-paced sectors would be advantageous
✔ Available to commit to a 6-month contract
