Salary: £26,000.00 annually (rising to £29,000 after successful completion of probation) Location: Phoenix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park SA7 9HZ Hours of work: (37.5) hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am-5.30pm and Friday 9am-4pm About this role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Handler to join our dedicated Aftercare Department. This role is central to enhancing our customer journey within the CES cycle. You’ll play a key part in leading the service department’s approach to customer care—managing interactions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. We’re looking for someone who demonstrates confidence, patience, tact, and diplomacy, especially when handling complex or sensitive conversations. Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring all concerns are handled professionally and empathetically. Manage complaints from start to finish, including gathering evidence, investigating issues, and providing clear and timely updates. Maintain accurate and detailed case records in line with internal procedures and compliance standards. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve fair, efficient, and consistent resolutions. Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis. Uphold CES’s high standards of service and customer care at all times. Required Skill Set: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and respectfully. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and recording information. Confidence and empathy when handling difficult or sensitive conversations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support effective resolutions. Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital platforms. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally. Resilience and professionalism under pressure. A proactive attitude focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
