JOB TITLE: Onsite Technical Analyst
SALARY: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

We are currently looking for an Onsite Technical Analyst to support within an onsite helpdesk environment to deal with all incoming IT related queries and being onsite for walk over queries also.
LOCATION: London – Canary Wharf area
JOB SPECIFICATION: Onsite Technical Analyst
This role is based at one of our customer sites, working as the first point of contact for all incidents and requests. You will be dealing with all walk-up related issues from our customers and also acting as a stand-alone helpdesk analyst for all phone and email requests.
Your main duties will be the following: Onsite Technical Analyst
Being the first point of contact and dealing with all customer walk-ups for any IT related issues that occur on site.
Logging all customer incidents and requests via our ticket system and resolving problems in line with service level agreements.
Taking full ownership of all other helpdesk technical incidents received by phone or email.
REQUIREMENTS: On-site Technical Analyst
You will have at least 12 months experience within a technical role, specifically on a helpdesk.
As a stand-alone role, you will need to be competent and able to work with your own initiative to get resolutions to all technical queries on-site.
Experience with an ITSM tools, Ivanti or Service Now.
