* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary requests.
* Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
* Ensure all meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
* Participate in catering events, providing excellent service and culinary expertise.
Skills
* Proven experience in the culinary field with a background in fine dining or restaurant settings.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
* Experience with menu planning and meal preparation for diverse dietary needs.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills for effective teamwork within the kitchen environment.
