In our US contract team, you will connect in‑demand tech talent with leading businesses and build your own market.
What you will be doing
* Building relationships with clients and candidates in the US tech market
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high‑quality contract professionals
* Writing job adverts and managing your candidate pipeline
* Supporting the full recruitment process from first call through to offer and start date
* Working closely with senior consultants to understand market trends and hiring needs
* Bringing ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to a collaborative, sales‑driven team
