You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills along with strong problem-solving and prioritisation abilities. Technically, you will demonstrate a strong knowledge of as many of the following as possible: * Active Directory, Windows Server 2012 * Windows 10, Microsoft Office * Microsoft 365 Administration * Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Email) * VoIP systems * MS Teams and SharePoint Online * Apple products A starting salary of £29000 plus benefits and a great career path into 2nd line and service desk lead opportunities for the right candidate
