We are recruiting for a reliable and experienced Commis Chef to join our team. The main job elements include but are not limited to; Assisting the kitchen operations Working with kitchen team to ensure that food storage units all meet standards and are consistently well managed Working with the kitchen team to adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards Ensuring that cutsomers receive execllent quality food YOU Are dedicated and passionate about food an interest in Scottish food and utilising local produce is a plus. Have at least 1 year's experience in a Commis Chef position Ideally living in Scotland, or willing to locate ASAP to the gorgeous, Aberdeen!
