Secretary / PA - Property Department
Location: Norwich | Hybrid Working Available
A well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Norwich is seeking a Secretary / PA to support Fee Earners in their busy Property Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team where your contribution will be valued and your career can grow.
Responsibilities
* Typing and preparing correspondence, emails, and legal documents
* Assisting with billing and payment requests
* Managing diaries, meetings, and conference calls (Teams/Zoom)
* Liaising with clients, agencies, and other parties involved in property transactions
* Handling initial client enquiries and providing quotes
* Supporting case administration and task management
* Registering transactions with HM Land Registry and obtaining client ID
* Meeting and greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms, and minute taking
* Providing basic IT support and general departmental assistance
