This flagship primary school project will deliver a state-of-the-art, net-zero operational facility including teaching accommodation for 420 pupils, nursery provision, ALN facilities and a Welsh-language immersion unit. The scheme is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and will be one of the region’s most sustainable educational developments. We are looking for a driven Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through to handover.
