As an Organizational Change Management Lead Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of strategic transformation projects—leading change initiatives, advising senior stakeholders, and shaping enterprise-wide adoption strategies that align technology with real business outcomes. You’ll also play a key role in practice development, collaborating with leadership to evolve and grow the OCM function. As an Organizational Change Management Lead Consultant, you will: Design and deliver tailored change and adoption strategies for high-impact digital transformation projects. Lead and manage customer engagements, delivering OCM workstreams such as stakeholder management, change impact, communications, training, and measurement. Collaborate with the UK&I OCM Director on business development activities and contribute to proposal development and client presentations. Coach and mentor junior consultants, ensuring consistent delivery excellence and knowledge sharing. Contribute to practice growth and continuous improvement of methodologies and frameworks. A successful Organizational Change Management Lead Consultant will have: 10 years of experience delivering end-to-end OCM in large-scale technology consulting environments. Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven ability to produce and present high-impact content for diverse audiences. Experience with change frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, APMG), and familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and cloud transformation environments. Strong organisational skills and the ability to navigate complex structures and competing priorities. A degree-level education (Master’s desirable) and relevant professional certifications.
