Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Systems Service Engineer to join a specialist engineering company based in Bristol, supporting high-vacuum systems for clients operating within the nuclear industry.

Key Duties
* Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex high-vacuum and process equipment.
* Provide on-site service and technical support to UK-based clients.
* Ensure all work is completed in line with safety, quality, and compliance standards.
* Communicate technical findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Work closely with the engineering team to support design improvements and innovation.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
Requirements
* Strong technical engineering background, ideally within electrical, control, or instrumentation systems.
* Knowledge or experience of vacuum, gas applications, or high-vacuum systems.
* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.
* SC or CTC security clearance, or the ability to obtain clearance.

Sociable working hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8am-4.30pm.
