Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and task focused Trainee Customer Service Coordinator to work for a company out the outskirts of Bicester.
Commutable from Thame, Haddenham, Bicester and Aylesbury.
Role: Trainee Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: 12.21 per hour
Location: Bicester
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Customer Service Coordinator:
Starting as a Trainee, you’ll receive full training and ongoing support to help you grow into a Scheduler/Coordinator role. Your journey will begin with:
1. Data entry of meter readings and other key information into internal systems
2. Answering calls and assisting customers and engineers in a professional, helpful manner
3. Providing administrative support to the wider team
4. Managing emails and ensuring accurate, up-to-date records
As you develop and gain confidence, you’ll be trained to:
5. Schedule and allocate work to internal engineers and subcontractors
6. Raise jobs, work orders, and purchase orders within company systems
7. Manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring all work is delivered on time and to a high standard
8. Liaise with clients and field teams, keeping everyone informed and updated
About you:
9. Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
10. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
11. Confident using computers and learning new systems
12. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
13. A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in coordination, scheduling, or customer service
