Role Summary
As a Customer Delivery Driver within our store team, you will be central to the customer experience. Your responsibilities will include loading the van, delivering products to customers’ front doors and ensuring the van is kept clean and ready for the next shift. During peak periods you may also assist with picking and packing online orders.
Responsibilities
- Load the van and make timely deliveries to customers in the assigned area.
- Maintain van cleanliness and readiness, including basic maintenance as needed.
- Assist with picking and packing online orders during busy periods.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and ensure accurate delivery of orders.
Qualifications
- Valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic) valid for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced customer‑service environment.
- Good communication skills and a team mindset.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Open to training and keen to build skills.
