Title:Group Executive Head ChefDescription:Location: Deal, KentSalary: £50-£55k + BonusContract Type: Full-Time, PermanentWe’re an independent pub/restaurant group with six busy venues, each with its own character but a shared commitment to quality, consistency, and people. We’re looking for an Executive Head Chef to take full ownership of our kitchens — someone who can balance high standards with strong leadership, and keep the group moving forward as we grow to 10 venues by 2030.The Role:This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing six sites.
