We're recruiting for a Divisional Director to lead a diverse portfolio of residential homes supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs.
This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for service quality, operational performance, financial sustainability and future growth across multiple services. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will help drive innovation, improve outcomes for the people supported and ensure services remain compliant, effective and financially strong.
You’ll provide leadership to Area Managers, Registered Managers and operational leaders, creating a culture focused on quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
