Role Overview
This role involves working full-time days on Monday and Tuesday (08.30-17.00). You will serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for visitors, enquirers, and service users at the Braintree campus, in both reception and learning resources areas. Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, accurate information, and referring inquiries to appropriate departments. You will also manage data entry into college systems, handle library items, and ensure accessibility through shelving and item management. Interviews are scheduled for Monday, 02 June 2025.
About You
You should have experience in delivering flexible, customer-focused support through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and electronic communication. Strong skills in following policies and procedures to process information and produce high-quality documents quickly and accurately are essential.
