We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator on a full time (37.5 hours per week) basis to work with our Northampton Supported Internship team.
As a EHCP Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination of the EHCP review process. This will be for our existing learners and those due to join the programme at the start of the next academic year.
You will work closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure EHCPs are of good quality. You will be responsible for them being up to date and completed in a timely manner in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
As well as coordinating EHCPs the role will support the Programme Coordinator with bringing in referrals to the programme, by attending transitions events, and meeting with prospective learners and families.
This role requires good organisation, attention to detail and ability to keep to timescales and targets.

·Professional conduct and the ability to work collaboratively
·Experience of delivering against targets
·Experience of being involved in an EHCP review process
·Experience of working with young SEND learners
·A-C/9-4 English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
·Good time management and planning skills
