Vehicle Technician – Location: Poole – Full-Time | Permanent
We are currently working with a well-established, multi-site automotive group to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician for their busy dealership in Poole. The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for:
* Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
* Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
* Accurately completing job cards and service documentation
* Identifying and reporting any additional work required
* Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
What We\'re Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
* MOT Licence (desirable but not essential)
* A professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
What\'s on Offer
* Basic salary of up to £36,000 DOE
* Performance bonus with OTE of up to £45,000
