Security Operations Manager £24.81/hr | Harrow Council Sites We're currently recruiting for a Security Operations Manager to join London Borough of Harrow on a 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. Locations: Harrow Civic Centre Hub Wealdstone Centre Greenhill Library Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of security personnel across multiple council sites Oversee rotas, budgets, and operational planning Ensure safety and compliance across all locations Respond flexibly to changing site needs and schedules Requirements: Proven experience managing security teams Valid SIA badge Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car Highly organised with strong leadership skills Willingness to work unsocial hours when required Adaptable and proactive approach to site management Contract Details: Start : Immediate Duration : 3 months initially Potential : Role will be advertised permanently following the assignment If you're a confident, experienced Security Manager ready to take ownership of a dynamic multi-site role, we'd love to hear from you!
