We are looking for a Provisioning Coordinator who enjoys working with people and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our clients. While you do not need deep technical knowledge, an understanding of the telecoms sector will be helpful.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the provisioning process.
* Coordinate the delivery of IT and telecoms services including broadband, telephony, and Microsoft cloud solutions.
* Liaise with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
* Provide regular updates to customers and manage expectations throughout the provisioning lifecycle.
* Maintain accurate records of provisioning activities using internal systems. Identify and escalate any issues that may impact service delivery timelines.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer provisioning experience.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Experience in a customer service or coordination role, ideally within the telecoms or technology sector.
* Familiarity with CRM and provisioning systems is beneficial but not essential.
* Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is advantageous.
