Job Description
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our network by managing relationships with channel partners. Your role will involve developing strong partnerships by gaining a deep understanding of partners' strengths and aligning these with Philips’ Healthcare Informatics (HI) portfolio.

Your role:
* You'll aim to drive success for Philips and our customers by ensuring these partners effectively market our Healthcare Informatics (HI) solutions to healthcare providers and organizations, ultimately providing them with the efficient workflows and clinical insights they need to provide better care for more people
* You will act as an advocate for partners within Philips and work like a spider in the web to ensure the broader Philips organization (including sales, specialists, marketing and service delivery) is aligned to drive success with the partner.
* You will drive growth by managing and supporting channel partners in selling Philips' Healthcare Informatics portfolio
* You will report on partner activities and trends to identify new opportunities
* You will train partners on product features and sales strategies
* You will build strong relationships and onboard new partners
* You will monitor and improve partner performance and sales outcomes
* You will collaborate on contracts and align objectives with sales leaders
* This role is based from your home in the UK and will include up to 50 % travel to customers/channel partners in the UK. Occasional travel to Ireland will also be required

You're the right fit if:
* You hold a bachelor's/ master's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent field
* You have 2+ years of experience in areas such as Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Business Strategy
* You have sales / partnership experience working in a multi-channel environment (direct and indirect sales)
* You have sales leadership experience
* You have a proven track record of executing business plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets
* You have experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver on results
* You have experience of sales of technical software and/or medical products for a range of customer profiles to channel partners
* You are familiar with CRM software (Salesforce) (preferred)
* You have a resilient sales mindset able to adapt in a dynamic customer environment
* You have a Quality first and Patient Safety mindset
* You have a fluent level of English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
