About the role The Event Director is responsible for the strategic development and financial performance of the brand and event. This includes identifying and evaluating growth opportunities, using customer insights to develop new service or product solutions, and creating brand extensions based on customer needs. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Exhibition Director to lead in-cosmetics Global, the premier event for personal care ingredients. This flagship show, returning to Paris in April 2026, is central to the in-cosmetics Group—a thriving portfolio of four international B2B events across Europe, Asia, and South America. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a globally respected brand and drive continued growth within a highly innovative industry.
