Job Duties of the Corporate Tax Senior Manager include: Aiming to expand operations from the UK into an all-Ireland model, establishing a stronger presence in the Republic of Ireland. Using the Northern Ireland base to lead growth efforts and drive business development across the island. Focused on growing the existing client portfolio by identifying new opportunities and enhancing current relationships. Involved in a more hands-on role, working closely with both internal teams and external clients to support service delivery. Working alongside leadership to implement strategies that drive business growth and operational expansion. Collaborating with UK colleagues to ensure alignment, resource sharing, and consistent service quality across regions. What you need to be the Successful Payroll Manager? Seeking candidates at Manager or Senior Manager level, preferably from a Top 10 accountancy firm, though strong candidates from smaller firms or industry will be considered. Must be ambitious, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while managing both a team and a client portfolio. Requires strong corporate tax expertise with solid knowledge of both UK and Republic of Ireland tax systems. Ability to step into a leadership role quickly and contribute from day one. Experience in client-facing roles and managing technical tax work is essential. Must be based in Northern Ireland and employed/payrolled through the UK. What's in it for you?
