Business Development Manager
Hybrid Role
Salary: £45,000 + bonus scheme
T2M are currently working alongside a leading licensed and accredited asbestos consultancy business to help them to recruit a Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities
* Proactively prospecting new clients and promoting asbestos services to generate new leads and opportunities.
* Supporting the production and delivery of quotation documentation and sales presentations.
* Account development, up-selling, and cross-selling.
* Building and developing long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
* Preparing and undertaking a thorough hand-over to operational colleagues once each sale is closed and the contract awarded.
* Closing new business sales and final contract negotiation.
* Developing and monitoring business forecasts and budgets.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and innovations in the asbestos services sector.
* Attending industry events and exhibitions to raise company profile and network.
* Meeting with client’s face to face.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
* Knowledge of the asbestos sector and potential customers.
* Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
* Confident in negotiation and persuasion.
* Ability to present and close deals face to face.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and client-facing skills.
This is a hybrid role based in the UK and will involve regular travel to meet with clients therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
