Responsibilities of a Sales Co-Ordinator:
* Make effective use of the CRM system by updating and maintaining it alongside the regional tender and live projects.
* Take ownership of customer relationships, following up and providing detailed updates to both current and potential customers in a timely manner.
* Identify and secure new customers, accounts, and orders to drive business growth.
* Maximise customer account expenditure within agreed credit limits to increase revenue.
* Regularly trade with suppliers, actively re-pricing work to remain competitive in the market.
* Seek and establish market knowledge, monitor competitor activity, and analyze customer trends.
Requirements of a Sales Co-Ordinator:
* Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the building supplies sector.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships effectively.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
* Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and financial goals.
* Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Results-driven and customer-oriented, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
