Salary: £27,000 - 30,000 per year Requirements: Experience with Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint) and 365 admin tools (Entra, Intune, Exchange, MDM) Knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, GPO, iOS/Android Understanding and experience of networks, firewalls, switches, and patch panels Hardware/software maintenance experience Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks HND / degree in IT or related field is preferred Responsibilities: Provide first-line / desktop support to end users across the organisation Perform routine IT maintenance Maintain helpdesk tickets and report weekly KPIs to the Head of IT Support cybersecurity processes including patching, backups, and antivirus Assist with and drive IT projects and initiatives Technologies: Active Directory Android Hardware Support Microsoft 365 SharePoint Windows iOS Office 365 Mobile More: We are seeking an IT Administrator to provide first-line support, maintain core IT systems, and assist with a range of improvement projects for our client in Pencoed.
