Our client, a leading SaaS technology company, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic Account Management team. This role offers the opportunity to work with key client accounts across multiple international markets, driving long-term partnerships and revenue growth.

The Role

As an Account Manager, youll be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts with the objective of creating and retaining valuable, long-term partnerships. Youll drive revenue growth through strategic account management, identifying opportunities to expand relationships while ensuring clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver excellent relationship management to assigned client accounts
* Work strategically with clients to identify business needs and commercial opportunities
* Maximize client retention while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client troubleshooting and technical queries
* Collaborate with Operations and Product Management teams to advance opportunities
* Maintain accurate forecast and CRM records
* Travel to client premises as required

About You

Essential Experience:

* Proven experience in an Account Management role
* Background within the SaaS technology sector
* Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
* Experience managing client relationships via telephone and face-to-face meetings
* Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing capabilities
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for business analysis and presentations

* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
