What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers Progressing sales from offer to completion Liaising with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process Updating sales records and reporting to management Supporting the branch in achieving sales targets Assisting the team with ad-hoc sales-related tasks Preparing property marketing materials and maintaining accurate records What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in residential property Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident, professional, and well-presented Positive attitude, motivated, and results-driven Excellent customer service skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Local knowledge of Chigwell and surrounding areas advantageous Full UK driving licence desirable What's In It For You?
