This is an excellent opportunity for anindividual with strong administrative skills who is passionate about supportingHealthcare services and making a positive difference to Patient care.As a Band 3 Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring thesmooth day-to-day running of the department by providing efficient andeffective administrative support.We are looking for someone who has previous administrative experience(preferably within a healthcare setting). Possesses excellent organisationaland time management skills and has strong communication skills - both writtenand verbal. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Canwork independently as well as part of a team and demonstrates attention todetail and accuracy. You will also need a positive, flexible, and proactiveapproach
Main duties of the job
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
Handle telephone and email enquiries in a professionalmanner
Schedule appointments and manage diaries
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Support data entry and ensure information is recordedaccurately
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protectionpolicies
