A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Horticulturalist / Glasshouse Technician to join a pioneering AgriTech company based at a leading research centre in Yorkshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team of scientists at the forefront of herbicide research. The role combines hands-on plant care with scientific support, helping to grow and maintain plants, monitor pests and diseases, and collect and record experimental data. The successful candidate will support in the day-to-day operations of the glasshouse, ensuring trials run smoothly and HSE standards are met.

What's Required of the Horticulturalist?
Previous experience working in glasshouse or controlled environment facilities; field experience is a plus
Experience working with plants, including propagation, cultivation, and maintenance
Understanding of experimental design and data collection
Basic knowledge of pest and disease monitoring and control
Relevant certifications (e.g., PA1 or PA6) are desirable but not essential
