Senior / Principal Planning Officer (Development Management) 6 Month Initial Contract Flexible Start Date Full Time or Part Time Considered Hybrid Working – Office/Site Attendance c. once every fortnight We are supporting a Local Authority in sourcing an experienced Senior or Principal Planning Officer to join their Development Management team on an initial 6-month contract. This is a flexible opportunity with a negotiable start date, offering a hybrid working arrangement with office attendance and site visits required approximately once every two weeks. The Role You will take a lead role in managing a varied caseload of planning applications, ranging from householder and minor developments through to more complex and major schemes.
