Job Title: Remote Medical Secretary – ADHD Services

Hours: 16–20 hours per week (flexibility welcome).

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Medical Secretary to join our remote team supporting ADHD assessment and treatment services. This is a flexible part-time position ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting neurodiverse patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and handling inbound and outbound patient calls in a professional and empathetic manner
Preparing, writing, and reviewing clinical assessments and reports for accuracy and clarity
Liaising with clinicians, patients, and external organisations
Managing electronic files, correspondence, and appointment scheduling
Ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare legislation, data protection, and confidentiality standardsRequirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an ADHD or neurodevelopmental services setting
Strong call handling and patient communication skills
Proven ability to write and review detailed medical or psychological assessments
Good understanding of basic healthcare legislation (e.g. GDPR, safeguarding, clinical confidentiality)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using clinical or administrative software systemsDesirable:
Knowledge of ADHD assessment pathways in the UK
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in remote environmentsWhat We Offer:
