Your roles and responsibilities North Downs Specialist Referrals is looking for an American or European Diplomate in Neurology or a residency training neurologist to join our team for a 6-month fixed term contract, ideally commencing August or September. You will become part of our well-established multi-disciplinary team with clinicians across 12 services, including our pain management clinic offering state-of-the-art techniques to help support your patients. Our imaging equipment includes a Canon Vantage Elan 1.5T MRI and Aquilion Lightning 16-slice CT and our theatre suites are well-equipped to support our team with access to InvetraTM pedicle screw fixation system. Our neurology team work closely with discipline specific nurses as well as a disicpline specific intern alongside our wider nursing and rotating intern team. This is a full time position (5 days per week) however we will consider variations of part time working, dependent on the candidates needs. About us North Downs Specialist Referrals is one of the longest-established private veterinary referral practices in the UK. We have a large, varied and interesting caseload providing imaging support for over 30 Specialists in orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, oncology, cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology, anaesthesia, dentistry and dermatology. We enjoy and are proud of our collegial and supportive environment and our excellent hospital facilities.
