Freelance Dry Lining Project Manager
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Contract: Freelance – 12 Month Contract
Start Date: Immediate
The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management and successful delivery of the dry lining package from installation through to completion.
Duties
* Managing all on‑site dry lining operations.
* Coordinating labour, subcontractors and material deliveries.
* Monitoring programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
* Attending site meetings with the client and main contractor.
* Managing health & safety compliance across the project.
* Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the build.
* Resolving site issues and driving progress on programme.
* Producing regular progress reports and updates.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing dry lining projects on large construction sites.
* Strong understanding of partitions, suspended ceilings, MF ceilings and SFS systems.
* Experience working for dry lining subcontractors or specialist interiors contractors.
* SMSTS Certificate.
* CSCS Card.
* First Aid at Work.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to start at short notice.
