Forward Role are recruiting an experienced HR Advisor for a growing organisation based in Chorley. This is a hands-on, generalist HR role for someone confident advising managers, managing ER cases and supporting the business across the full employee lifecycle. You'll work as a trusted point of contact and strive to embed best practice, compliance and a positive people culture.
