Job Title: Supply SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary
Location: Bradford
Salary: £88–£110 per day

We’re looking for compassionate, adaptable Teaching Assistants to join our supply pool in Bradford, supporting primary-aged pupils with special educational needs across a variety of schools. No two days are the same—you could be providing 1:1 support for a child with autism on Monday and helping a small group with speech and language needs on Wednesday.
Responsibilities
* Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties
* Creating a safe, positive environment where pupils can learn and grow
* Assisting with personal care where required
* Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff
* Adapting quickly to new settings and routines
Qualifications
* Experience working with children with SEND (school or care setting)
* A patient, empathetic approach and strong communication skills
* Flexibility and a can-do attitude
* Ability to build rapport quickly with pupils and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
