Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first line of HR support via a ticketing system and shared inbox, responding to a wide range of queries
* Triage and manage employee relations cases, escalating where appropriate
* Provide guidance and coaching to managers on absence management and day-to-day HR matters
* Support on a variety of ER cases, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment legislation
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all casework is logged and tracked effectively
