The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor to work in schools across North West London. In this role, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support learning and personal development
* Collaborate with teachers and school staff to deliver targeted interventions
* Build meaningful, trusting relationships that help students succeed
What We’re Looking For
* Experience with SEMH and challenging behaviour in educational or similar settings
* Training in behaviour management techniques such as Team Teach is highly desirable
* Sports coaches and youth mentors are encouraged to apply—your energy and resilience can make a real difference!
* Calm, patient, and committed individuals who genuinely care about young people’s wellbeing
Position Details
* Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
* Start Date: ASAP
* Location: Hammersmith
