Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Property Coordinator based in Kingston Upon Hull, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Property Coordinator will oversee property management tasks, such as lease administration, tenant communications, and ensuring landlord compliance. The role involves maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords, providing administrative assistance, coordinating routine maintenance, and addressing customer service inquiries promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with tenants and landlords
* Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration to oversee agreements and regulatory compliance
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance for documentation, scheduling, and operational support
* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of property regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
* Familiarity with property management software is beneficial
* Professional demeanor and problem-solving attitude
