1. Define and execute global sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and operating income targets.
2. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
4. Develop and monitor sales forecasts and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
6. Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize sales performance.
7. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand visibility.
8. Analyze market trends and Drive expansion into new markets, with emphasis on Climate Control, Energy Management, and Smart Building ecosystems.
9. Build and manage a high-performing global sales and marketing organization across the ., Europe, and Asia.
10. Develop long-term strategic plans for regions and channels; monitor market trends and competitive positioning.
11. Oversee integrated marketing initiatives, including inbound and outbound strategies to strengthen demand generation.
12. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Technology teams to align commercial priorities with innovation roadmaps.
13. Engage confidently with executive leadership and Board of Directors.
